The Protection of Personal Information Act (Act 4 of 2013) promotes the protection of personal information processed by public and private bodies, introduces conditions to establish minimum requirements for processing personal information, and provides for the establishment of an Information Regulator to exercise certain powers and perform duties in terms of this Act and the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000.


  1. Why did I receive Emails or SMS’s from Heavy Metal Masters?

 System-generated communications: These are automatically triggered by actions you take on our website, such as placing an advert, responding to one, or setting up alerts for machinery you are interested in.


 As a Heavy Metal Masters user/customer: You might have filled in one of the forms on our website, app, or social media channels. Complaints Procedure
